Covid-19 Information

Update 18/3/21 - We are operating a near-normal service but the Next Working Day delivery service remains suspended. We are achieving 98% of deliveries on the day selected however our delivery partners still remain exceptionally busy and deliveries could be up to 8 pm in the evening. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.

Update 25/1/21 - Due to a volume of employees having to self-isolate, the processing of sample orders is taking slightly longer than usual. Please allow up to 7 days from ordering for your samples to arrive. We take the welfare and safety of our employees very seriously and therefore strict restrictions are in place. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.  

Update 05/01/21 - We will be operating as normal during the current lockdown period and are confident we will get orders to you on the day and date specified at the checkout. However, we ask for your patience and understanding in the unlikely event that your order does experience a delay. To elevate pressure on our carrier partner Next Working Day Delivery will remain suspended as we can not guarantee this service under the current restrictions.

Update 30/11/20 - Royal Mail is experiencing difficulties in some areas delivering parcels and packages. This is affecting some of the tile sample orders getting to our customers within the normal timescale. Advice on the Royal Mail website is asking those expecting delivery to add a further 10 working days to the expected date. If you have not received your sample order 13 days after you receive your shipping confirmation email, please contact us so we can investigate further. 

Next working day delivery on tiles orders will remain suspended until after the New Year.

Update 18/11/20 - We are currently experiencing delays on full orders in Scotland. This is due to Covid outbreaks in many of the Palletways depots across the region. Please bear with us and the courier company if your order doesn't arrive on the day you selected. We advise you to build in more time from order to delivery date for now.

Update 3/11/20 - During the lockdown period set by the government of 5/11/20 to 2/12/20 we will be operating as normal with the exception of Next Working Day Delivery. This is to elevate pressure on our carrier company and ensure we get your tiles delivered to you on the date you selected. We are confident that we will get all deliveries to our customers on the date specified but we ask for your patience and understanding if a delay does occur. Please ensure the phone number you give us is correct should we need to contact you.

Any sample orders should be delivered within the usual time frame of 3-5 working days but please allow up to 7 during this period.

Our website is open to accept orders as normal. We are confident we will get your order to you on the day and date specified but please be patient with us if any delay occurs.

Our warehouse is open and we take the welfare and safety of our employees very seriously. We are running with a skeleton staff so we can adhere to strict social distancing measures to keep everyone safe in these unprecedented times.

Deliveries are non-contact as your order will be delivered to kerbside only as this is our normal practice of delivery.

We want to thank you for your loyalty and understanding in these difficult times for us all. Please stick to the Government guidelines and stay safe. Together we can all get through this.
