Due to the current national shortage of HGV drivers in the UK, we are unable to guarantee any order will be delivered on the date selected at the checkout. We are trying our very best, as are our delivery partners, to get as many out as possible on a preferred date. If your order has not been delivered on your preferred day, please contact us as soon as possible (Monday to Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm) so we can contact the delivery company on your behalf.
Polite Notice: We kindly ask you to be courteous and polite when speaking to the customer service department regarding a delivery being late. Any rudeness or anger will result in the phone call ending and your order being cancelled.
We want to be totally transparent with you on the cost of delivery as there is nothing more annoying than having to wait until you add a delivery postcode to gain a price. Standard Delivery Orders
All tile orders are delivered within 3-5 days of the order being placed depending on the location of the delivery address. At the checkout, you will be presented with a calendar to select your prefered delivery date.
Next Working Day Delivery Orders - CURRENTLY SUSPENDED
Tile orders must be placed before 12 noon for the next working day delivery. If placed after 12 noon, they will not be dispatched until the following day. Orders placed from 12:01pm Friday to midnight Sunday will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the next working day. For example, an order placed on Saturday afternoon will be dispatched Monday and delivered Tuesday.
Tile Order Delivery
Tile orders are generally delivered on a pallet due to the weight and by a vehicle with a tail lift. Please inform us when ordering, if your property has restricted access to large vehicles. Delivery is strictly to kerbside only or the nearest accessible point due to insurance and health and safety reasons. Goods cannot be transported over loose, uneven, or steep surfaces nor steps.
Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday only (excludes bank holidays and periods around Christmas and New Year). Usually, the delivery company will contact you with further details of your delivery day and where possible an expected time frame.
All deliveries must be signed for. If nobody is at the delivery address to accept and sign for the order, a charge may be incurred for storage and redelivery.
Although every effort is made to get your order delivered to you on the day and estimated time, Tiles360.co.uk nor the delivery company can be held responsible for late deliveries beyond our control. Examples of these are traffic and accident-related incidents, adverse weather conditions, road closures, and blockages.
Receiving Your Tile Delivery
Please remember Responsibility for the tiles passes to you on signing for receipt of the order. Check your tiles carefully when they are delivered for any signs of damage as we must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving your order if the damage is present. Failure to do so will render any transit damage claim void.
WE STRONGLY ADVICE – if the delivery driver will not wait for you to check your tiles in his presence, you must sign for the delivery as Driver couldn’t wait. Goods may be damaged.
Cartons of tiles can be heavy so please assess the weight before picking them up.
If you are using a tiler, we recommend one is not booked until after tiles have been delivered and checked.
Accessory Items Only Delivery
Any accessory items only order, will be sent via parcel courier with a 3-5 day delivery time frame. Underfloor heating may take up to 7 days to be delivered. These items do not need to be signed for and can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour of your choosing.
Tile Sample Orders
These are delivered free of charge with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days from order placed. These do not need to be signed for.
