Q. Can I return unused tiles

You can returned unused tiles up to 30 days after delivery as long as they are full cartons, are unopened and are the same batch number others in stock. Please contact us before returning tiles so we can check batch numbers etc. You are responsible for the cost of returning good to us. Please read our returns policy for further details.

Q. Can I amend or cancel my order

If your order has not been dispatched you can amend your order. Unfortunately once dispatched an order can't be amended. You have a right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. For full information on your rights to cancel please see our cancellation policy.

Q. Do you deliver overseas
Unfortunately we only delivery to mainland UK at this time.
Q. What are your delivery charges and how long does delivery take

Delivery charges will vary depending on the location of the delivery. We use delivery zones so you can easily see what the cost will be before you order -meaning no surprises at the checkout! See our delivery information page for more details. You can choose your delivery date at the checkout but standard delivery is usually 3 - 5 days. We also offer a next day delivery service to 85% of mainland UK at extra cost. Orders for next day delivery need to be placed by 12 noon (Monday to Friday exc bank holidays).

Q. Do your prices include VAT

Yes all our prices include VAT. The price you see on the website is the price you pay.

Q. How do I work out the number of tiles I need

We strongly recommend you use our tile calculator on the product pages. Enter the width and height/length of the area(s) to be tiled and the calculator will give you the SQMs needed.

Q. Can I order a tile sample

Yes you can and we highly recommend that you order a tile sample before placing a full order. This allows you to see the quality and shading of a tile, ensuring it’s the look you want for the place they are indented for.

Q. Do you have a showroom

We are an online retailer only and therefore do not have a physical store or showroom. This enables us to keep our overheads and prices as low as possible.

Q. Do you have a brochure you can send me

We do not have printed brochures for the same reason we do not have a showroom. Our website is our brochure where you will find all the information and imagery you will need for our tiles and other products
