How To Order Your Tiles
Finding the Right Tile
We have made our website as easy as possible to find the right tiles for your project. By using the filter search criteria options, you can easily find what you are looking for. Search by colour, size, style, finish and much more!
On the product page, you will find an easy to use tile calculator that will work out how many SQM you will need. Simply click the link and entry your wall and/or floor measurements and the SQM required will be automatically calculated for you.
We highly recommend that you add an extra 10% of the SQM needed to account for wastage. We may not have the same batch number in stock and the colour could vary slightly if more tiles were required during your tiling project. We have added a handy select box for you to simply select and this extra will be added to the total to order.
When you are happy with your selection, just add to the basket.
By selecting the basket in the top right-hand corner, you are able to view your basket or go to checkout. We do recommend that you view your basket to ensure you have everything you need before going to checkout.
When you are happy, proceed to checkout.
Checkout and Payment
On the checkout form, you will be asked for your billing and delivery address details. When you enter your delivery details or select that the delivery address is the same as your card registered address, any delivery charge will be added to your order summary. (You can check any delivery costs to your delivery postcode by using the delivery zone table and map located on the delivery page.)
When added your phone number, mobile is preferable so our delivery partners can call/send SMS when they are on their way.
You can select a delivery date to suit you Monday to Friday (excludes bank holidays) and the calendar will show you the first available date your order can be delivered. This is usually three working days from your date of order.
Please make sure you agree (and have read) the terms and conditions by clicking/selecting the box.
When you are happy, place your order.
We offer two forms of payment method, both of which you will be directed from our website to make your payment for your order.
Credit and Debit card transaction via Sagepay secure server. We have integrated Sagepay’s secure payment form into our website to take your payment. We do not store a copy of your sensitive card data.
If you are paying via PayPal, it is very important that you ensure the delivery address in your PayPal account is the delivery address you want your tile order to be delivered to. If it is not, you must amend accordingly.
Once you have made a payment, you will be redirected back to the website where your order will be shown as successful.
You will receive an email with your invoice attached once the payment has been classed as successful. A further email will be sent by us when your order has left our warehouse and you may get an email from our delivery partner Palletways to confirm they have your order and the delivery date.
