These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and any purchase you make. Please reads these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. If you do not agree to these, please do not use this website. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We are the owner or licensee of all content and material published on Tiles360.co.uk. You may download or print extracts from this website for your personal non-commercial use. The use of content and material for any other reason is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to change content on the website as we see fit without giving notice. This includes product prices, delivery charges and these terms and conditions.
Privacy and Cookies
Every effort is made to ensure colour, pattern or shading matches a tile displayed on our website. However, due to natural tones and shade variations of tiles plus your own display screen settings on your computer, laptop, mobile or tablet, we can’t guarantee differences from those shown on the website. Images showing tiles in a room setting are there for illustration purposes only and therefore may differ in colour and/or size from the actual tile on a product page. We therefore strongly advise that a sample is ordered of the tile(s) before placing a full order.
Placing an Order
At checkout, you may have the option to checkout as a guest or create an account. If you chose to create an account, it is your responsibility to ensure your password remains safe.
On the checkout form, you will be asked for your billing and delivery addresses as well as your name and contact details. You will also be shown any delivery options and charges along with a calendar for your preferred delivery date. This is not a guaranteed delivery date but we do achieve 98% on the date selected. You will also see the order payment options. You will need to tick the box to say you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions before your order can be accepted.
Although exceptionally rare, if for any reason the products you have ordered are unavailable (stock availability, damaged etc) we will inform you as soon as possible. If we can not fulfil the order with other suitable products, we will refund your payment in full within 14 days.

We will take payment from you at the time of ordering. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay for online payment. You can also pay using PayPal.
Important: If paying via PayPal please ensure the delivery address in your PayPal account is the one you want your order delivered to and if not amend it in PayPal accordingly.
We deliver to the mainland UK only. For delivery charges and information on deliveries please go to the delivery information page on this website. This delivery information forms part of these terms and conditions.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Please read your rights to cancelling an order and our return and refund policy located here. This policy forms part of these terms and conditions. Please ensure you check your tiles for quality and shade before fixing them, the company cannot accept responsibility once the tiles have been fixed.
Where offered, the sample sent will be full size with the exception of large or extra-large tiles or those with an overall size bigger than 600mm x 300mm or 450mm x450mm. In these cases, we will offer a half or quarter tile as a sample for ease of delivery by us and handling by you.
Product and/or Company Reviews
After you have placed an order with us, we may send you an email inviting you to leave a review on a third-party review website about your Tiles360 experience and/or the product you purchased. These reviews are helpful in 2 ways:
- It enables potential customers to read about your experience with us and how you like the product you purchased.
- To help us to identify any issues or areas of improvement.
When leaving a review, you acknowledge that any review, feedback, rating or photo content may be published and agree we can display and use it for as long as we see fit. Your review will not disclose any personal data to identify you other than the name you use on the review content.
Upon submitting a review, you grant a royalty-free license for us to use and edit (but not falsely alter) the content. We reserve the right to request the removal of any review content that is false, contains untruths or aims to damage our reputation in a vicious way without notice.
For the avoidance of doubt, you must not post a review about us as a company or our products on any website unless you have actually purchased a product or used our service.
Tiles360 will not be held responsible for any decision to purchase an item based on review content left by previous customers.
Complaints and Handling
If you are not happy with any aspect of our products or service please inform us of your complaint via email or the contact form on the website. We want all our customers to be happy, but if you are not, let us know so we can put it right. We aim to fully investigate and resolve your complaint in a timely and effective manner and we will keep you up to date on any progress.
Our Legal Duties
It is our legal duty to supply you with goods that you have ordered and paid for by entering into a sales contract with you. We are aware of and abide by the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
This website, its content and any contracts formed from its usage shall be governed by and in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions in the future and without giving notice. Any changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately. We advise that you print off a copy of these terms and conditions when you place an order with us as they form part of the contract between us.
