Standard delivery (Pallet)

Our delivery days are Monday - Friday

Orders over £300 are delivered free of charge. For smaller orders a delivery charge of £39 applies.

*Additional delivery charges apply to remote and rural areas, these charges are calculated at checkout.
These areas include but are not limited to the following postcodes zones:
EC, WC, DD, FK, G, EH, TD, DG, KA, ML, TR, TQ, PL, SY, SA, KY,  IV, AB, PH, PA

We want your tile delivery to be as smooth as possible! Since tile orders are quite heavy, they’re delivered on a pallet via a vehicle with a tail lift. If your property has limited access for larger vehicles, just let us know when you place your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Delivery is to kerbside only, or the nearest accessible point. This is due to insurance and health and safety guidelines. Unfortunately, we can't move goods over loose, uneven, or steep surfaces, or carry them up steps.

For more details on what to expect, feel free to check out our video!

Deliveries are made between 7:30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and the festive period around Christmas and New Year). The delivery company will usually be in touch with more details about your delivery day, and whenever possible, they'll provide an estimated time window.

Please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If no one is at the address to accept and sign for your order, there may be a charge for storage and redelivery.

We do our very best to ensure your order arrives on the scheduled day and within the estimated time. However, neither Tiles360.co.uk nor the delivery company can be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or accident-related incidents, adverse weather, or road closures.

Receiving your order

Once your tiles are delivered and signed for, responsibility for them passes to you. Please make sure to check them carefully for any signs of damage when they arrive. If you do spot any damage, let us know within 48 hours, this ensure a transit damage claim is available.

A Friendly Tip: If the delivery driver is unable to wait while you inspect the tiles, it’s best to sign for the delivery as "Driver couldn’t wait. Goods may be damaged." This helps protect you in case any issues arise.

Please bear in mind that cartons of tiles can be quite heavy—do assess the weight before lifting to avoid injury.

If you’re planning to use a tiler, we recommend waiting until after the tiles have been delivered and checked before making any bookings.

Sample orders ( 1 - 2 days )

We know you're excited to check out your samples, and we want to get them to you as quickly as possible!

Smaller samples are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, which usually takes 1-2 days. Larger samples are sent with DX and typically arrive on the next working day.
